I'm trying to train myself and commit to writing something in this blog everyday now so that I know that we can keep up a blog when we are busy traveling and doing whatever we will do on this large trip that this blog was created for. So heres something I can write about:
It's a big deal.
Obviously Lissa and I want to have a bunch of money saved up for this upcoming trip to Europe. We want to do better then that, we want to have more then enough saved to come back to. We would have bought a house by now and one of the many biggest fears of going on this trip is that we don't have a house and it's easier to buy a house when one has been working full time up to the date of the purchase. Showing we haven't been working could make it harder for a mortgage approval. Nevertheless we are still going, because if we buy a house, have kids, get more settled into jobs and church, it would be much harder to take off work for up to 8 months and travel. Plus, it's easier to get a working vacation visa when we are younger.
